Designed to meet the new CARB portable fuel container spillage and emissions regulations. The cans are treated with Dupont SELAR to reduce vapor permeation through the walls of the can by up to 75%. They also use a self-venting, self-regulating spout that negates the requirement for a seperate vent hole.
